"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. They scheduled quickly everyone was several weeks out and Larry @ Reliable Roofing kept in touch of when had availability and working with my insurance company and squeezing us in to their very busy schedule, Larry was a very pleasant person and his crew was too â ¦ they explained what needed to be replaced and repaired and suggested different types and best for your money they were honest, I checked the pricing of their estimate of product and grade difference !! Larry kept in touch with us the whole way thru, A great company I will use them every time I need roof repairs and recommend them to friends and family!! Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! "I have a cedar roof, and I needed to do some maintenance and Preventive repairs, they came in give me an estimate I signed a contract and a few weeks later they did the job. They did very very good job but it was little Pricy and I had to wait for for few weeks to start the job. Overall I am extremely pleased about the work and professionalism."
