He did the required work of what I requested - removed the semi-large bathroom mirror, including 4 large black glue hand-size dots which the mirror held with. He removed a the bath vanity/sink.  He installed a corner sink and replace with new pipes to.The result was clean, polish and functional sink. He left the area clean, once work was completed.
