"I can?t give full stars because the shower is on back order. Once work is completed I can give a full evaluation ****update 8/22/2021 My shower installation is now complete. I cannot express how wonderful this turned out. My shower is beautiful and the work is amazing. The installers were so professional and patient. I had many questions and they were so helpful. The job did take two days due to unforeseen plumbing issues- but they were able to correct the problem and continue with installation. I am so pleased and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering an update/change in their bath/shower. Thank you so much to the team at American Bath and Shower!!"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Converted tub to shower, 1 day installation! Professional from start to finish, it was very smooth working with them. I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. "Based on our experience, DL Flooring and Design is an excellent company to deal with. Their installers did an outstanding job installing 2' X 2' heavy marble tile in our master bedroom. The installers were both professional and friendly and did not get upset with my questions during the installation. Dealing with the organization from the business end was also a welcomed surprise. The work was done on time, as promised, and the price was fair and competitive. When a problem (of my own making) arose, they handled it promptly, professionally, and, at no additional cost. My wife and I could not be happier with the result, as the images attached will show. I am an avid DYIer with extensive tiling experience and equipment, but I am glad that we elected to hire DL Flooring professionals for this job, because of the size, weight, and material of the marble. Steve worked with me on price, and was there early and late to get things done, jumping to it when the inevitable monkey-wrenches occurred (remodeled both bathrooms in a house built in the 1950’s).
