We went with the 1yr service because the insects we have sometimes need more than 1 trip to eradicate them, plus the visits were unlimited if we still had the same problem, but don't expect that. Scheduled visits every quarter are what we wanted as we live next to the woods and our back yard is where the woods begin, so we wanted insect protection year round."

They told me they would start treatments in a couple of days. they never showed up I was never able to reach a person directly so I left numerous messages. Never heard back. I heard they may have closed down their operation. A shame, they did a nice job."
