"Matt, Matteo, and Jose are amazing! They actually worked on our first apartment in 2011. And we are the lucky few that are repeat customers. They came back after 7 years and fixed some issues before the sale of that apartment. When we purchased our new apartment, we only had CNM Construction Inc. in mind. We bought the apartment in 2020, but we couldn't renovate it until 2021 due to the pandemic. Matt's team was right there with us the entire time. They feel more close to family this renovation round, especially Matteo and Jose. This second home renovation was quite comprehensive and would take 6 months to complete. We moved walls, tore pipes, floors, put up walls, and rebuilt the entire apartment from its shells. This home was a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom gut job that became a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom renovation. Matt and Matteo were meticulous about communicating every step of the project since we went out of town for 3 months.They are excellent about returning phone calls, listening to your concerns, and giving helpful suggestions of what to steer clear of. It is quite rare where you talk to one person on a team and the other member (who you didn't talk to) already is aware of the communication. That speaks to their professionalism. There are so many details that go into a home renovation and that really helped make the experience stronger. There were some supply chain problems due to the pandemic, but they were great about being flexible and working around the issues. We did work with some vendors that Matt recommended and they were amazing as well. Matt is very careful who he will recommend and work with. We chose Matt's team many years ago because they were listening to what home we wanted to create, we didn't feel like the other contractor's were listening to our vision. These guys are spectacular in creating a home that is for you!"

I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. "We hired 3A to create the opening for our staircase to be installed in our 1910 townhouse. It was a complicated job involving careful demo, reinforcement, complete electrical renovation, finished carpentry, painting, staining, repair of very old hardwoods, relocation of a very large and heavy piece of furniture. They were highly professional every step of the way. And they kept the area neat and clean every day. They installed plastic walls with zippers for entrance and exit to keep the construction area away from the rest of our living spaces. Sticky doormats to collect debris from shoes was installed and changed out regularly. Our exterior stairs were covered in plastic. Andy and Bill, the owners, were super professional and communicative. Their crew is the best we’ve ever worked with. We’ve had numerous remodeling/contracting experiences in the past, and this one was without a doubt, the most professional with the highest caliber outcome.
