"This project ultimately went very well, but it was not an easy one. Roger and his colleague had to remove sections of the old gas lines from the 100-plus-year-old light sockets in our home. You know, the ones for the gas-powered lamps that everyone uses nowadays... They also had to widen the holes in two fragile, old-timey ceiling medallions without destroying them. Then, they had to construct braces that attach each fan to a beam in the ceiling so neither fan would ever crash to the floor. Only at that point could normal installation begin (yes, I said *begin*)... The whole process took around four hours! Through it all, these two gentlemen were consummate professionals. They were very knowledgeable, and also displayed good judgment and good humor. The next time we need electrical work done, we’ll call Roger De Electric. And speaking of calling this company, we want to lavish some praise on the office manager (Barbara, I think?) as well. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. So much so that she probably deserves a raise..."
