"Hired Bracken to do an interior French drain and a sump pump for a house I am selling. My buyers had requested this install before we could close on the house. Danny came out quickly to look at the project and was able to give me a reasonable quote on the spot. After my buyers dragged their feet for 2 weeks trying to decide if they wanted to take a credit they returned to the original plan of having the install completed before we could close on the house. Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation.
