And when you show off the work, nobody would show up, it was one person at a time and they weren't in the Uh, even in the orders, they needed to be in. You have to have electricians here to make sure everything is disconnected, if they don't disconnect it and turn off the power somebody could have gotten really hurt. Instead they left Live wires everywhere. The gentleman who said he was an electrician, did he? He, he would, he didn't do it correctly because he didn't put the wires in the condolence because he didn't know. That was part of Texas code if you don't go by cold, you're not a certified electrician. They just hired anybody off the street to come and do the job, that was it. The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. Building codes require a checklist: dedicated heat and electrical service, a code-approved stairway, and at least one egress window or exterior door.
