Arron was professional and knowledgeable, he eliminated the pest issue in the first visit and validated that the pests did not return on follow-up visits. They've always been reliable, dependable and their communication has always been very good. I get reminder emails saying it is time for the service and they always call beforehand and give an estimated time. They also call before they come, so I don't have to wait around forever. They do what they say they are going to do without hassle or pushy attempts to sell additional/unnecessary services. I will highly recommend them."

"WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM MUCH SOONER--WE TRIED HANDLING THE YELLOWJACKETS WITH RAID-TYPE SPRAYS, BUT NOTHING WORKED. 48 HOURS AFTER AAA CAME OUT, THE PROBLEM WAS COMPLETELY SOLVED. WE COULD WALK THROUGH OUR BACK DOOR AGAIN WITHOUT BEING DIVE-BOMBED BY ANGRY YELLOWJACKETS. HOORAY!! THE SERVICE PERSON WAS GREAT (AND REALLY BRAVE--THOSE WERE SOME PISSED OFF YELLOWJACKETS, LEMME TELL YA!)"
