There were about 5 people doing the work under Randy's supervision. It took them about 3 hours to do the work. He started by troubleshooting the short working from the tank to well and showed me what he was doing each step. He determined the start winding on the pump was bad and pulled the pump up and then double checked it one more before replacing the pump. He was very professional and pleasant as we chatted at the time he was doing the repairs."
