"I needed a banister repaired, a door insulated, and some drywall repair. The banister repair was certainly the part that I could never handle on my own. Kenneth came in, took the banister with him and set the pieces together that night. When he returned, he reinstalled it, and while it's not just like new, I can't really imagine it turning out much better. The only complaint I have is needed to call to report a nail sticking out a bit, but the guys came right back and fixed it the next day.
