"It took a while for Mr. Rischel to come out- he did check to be sure that we did not have an emergency, though. He told us if we had another flood to call immediately. Luckily, it was really dry, so we could wait and we were fine with it. He did a very thorough job checking for the sewer pipes and he talked to me before he did work. He put in an outdoor cleanout valve and, as a bonus, removed a shrub that I really didn't care much for (for free). He walked me through where the pipes were in my neighborhood and why my home had flooded. He also told me what could be done to prevent the flooding. He made sure I understood what would happen and the limitations of the check valve (it is a mechanical device that could fail, but is unlikely to do so). He and his crew were very professional- they were polite and on time.
It has been a few months since the installation and we have had some super heavy rains without our sewer pipes flooding. The check valve was worth every penny- cleaning up sewage is awful and that is why I gave him an A on the price.

We had some major issues and I told Zach was I was told from previous plumbers and come to find out, the issues I though I had were not what was told to me by others. "I scheduled the appointment for Monday afternoon. They called me the day of to give me a more definitive time. I had some scheduling concerns, which they responded to immediately and were able to get out and do the job with more than enough time to spare. Rodney was very professional, knowledgeable and patient as he answered my questions. He was also able to provide me with a year's supply of additive at a good price cost savings over what I had been using and explained the products superiority to the on the shelf brand. If you have a septic system, you know what product I mean. He explained a more effective use of the product to keep all drains and pipes running efficiently.
I really appreciated his ability to provide a year's supply in a easy to store, easy to use container. Now, I don't have to remember to buy it! I have used this company for 23 years and have always appreciated the way they do business. I would recommend using them and if you are new to using a septic system, in my experience they are the best at explaining the proper maintenance of one."

"She was contracted by The Plumbing Company to do this job, and she was great. She got here quickly (it's our only toilet) and got right to work. It took a while to clear out the blockage, and she thought there was still probably something out of her reach that might be causing the problem. She recommended that we check further down the line to get a permanent fix. Since this service call, we have had no further problems, but we hope to have that additional work done soon.

"I had a main sewer line replaced in my yard. Since the repair is gauranteed, I have high confidence that it was completed in a quality manner but I will need to see how the repair holds up over time to comment on the repair. There response time was good and the price was fair. I gave a lower rating because the back fill of the trench was done sloppily and with large pieces of concrete, tree branches and other debris included. While I realize that there is some settling, the mound through the middle of the yard is a foot to 18" high with no noticeable settling after 6 weeks. The debris should have been removed and a better job of some amount of leveling the back fill should have taken place before leaving, especially since the heavy equipment was still on site. Other than the backfill issue, I would still say that their customer service was very good."
