"Carini installed my mini splits a few years ago and promised me the world with their warranties. Well, turns out they botched something during the install and all of the refrigerant leaked out. They want $2,200 to refill and re-pressurize the line. Since they cross-threaded the screw that led to the leak during installation, this should be covered under the "Lifetime Craftsmanship" guarantee. Instead, they're trying to charging me a full day of labor to fix their mistake. Support on this issue has been dismal. It's been 16 days since they first diagnosed the problem and I still don't have a timeline for when this will get fixed. I chose Carini because of their warranties and their service record, but its all smoke and mirrors. You've been warned."

Brooks and Dustin showed up on time and were professional and friendly. They were able to reset my water softener, and were also able to give me some quotes on other work and showed me some other potential issues I should look at. There was no pressure to do any other work, which I appreciated. They also don't charge just to come to the site, which is unusual (Culligan wanted to charge me $145 just to come and look at the system). They both seemed to care about doing good work for a good price, and were clearly knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and would hire them again!"
