"I had Tim provide me with an estimate for tank and tankless water heater. Got the estimate and picked a tankless option only for the company to get mixed up and install the wrong device. After I informed Tim of the mixup, he was gracious enough to offer various options including removing the wrong device and installing the correct one. I didn’t think that was such a great idea. In the end, we reconciled and moved on. Mistakes happen but Tim rose to the occasion and fixed it. I would choose them to install a tankless water heater on my house again."

I called Cape Fear Heating & Air (based on Angie’s list reviews) after years of having my home warranty company send different service providers to my house to assess the problem and tell me that the heat was working properly, although the heat would stop working and the house was cold.
