After I informed Tim of the mixup, he was gracious enough to offer various options including removing the wrong device and installing the correct one. I didn’t think that was such a great idea. In the end, we reconciled and moved on. Mistakes happen but Tim rose to the occasion and fixed it. I would choose them to install a tankless water heater on my house again."

"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense.
