"Al called ahead and was on time. My request was to resolve the immediate need. He evaluated the situation and recommended a course of action given the age of the house and cast iron pipes. He rootered the pipe under the sink to resolve the slow draining kitchen sink. He pulled the toilet, removed the oleander roots, took a look at the pipe with a camera, and reset it with a waxless seal. He shared maintenance tips and recommended future improvements for a long term solution which I will apply in the future."

"I have used and now know many plumbing companies. They are all expensive but if I can't do the work myself, especially , when a permit is needed, then what else can I do. Allpro is not cheap or more expensive than any other plumbing company. At least they treated me very well. Rudy, my tech, was so friendly and informative. He even told me that I could leave for the first part of the project since it was outside and then return for the inside work. I needed that time to run errands before I couldn't leave. Very considerate. He explained everything he needed to do with my water heater to bring it up to city code and why. I must adhere to what the city code is whether I like it or not because rental property is a business and professionals like Rudy give me the information I couldn't know on my own. After his repairs I felt secure that my property and tenants are safe and comfortable and that is my responsibility. If I must pay for a service like this than I should walk away feeling like I got my monies worth and more. Thank you Rudy and Allpro."

"The three men repaired the leak.  I have not had to have similar work done before, so I don't know how to evaluate the overall quality of the work.  The water leak was solved.  However, there were several things that I did not like about how the workman did the work.  I guess they thought they had me at a weak point, because they did a hard sell to get me to buy a premium plumbing inspection package that they claimed would qualify me for lower price on parts (I do not know whether they did in fact give me the lower price that they promised because the invoice was difficult to read.  To do the bypass of the broken pipe, the workmen had to cut four holes in the drywall.  The holes they cut seemed rougher (and thus more difficult and costly for me to get repaired) than would have been necessary.  One hole needed to be cut in the drywall behind my almost new water heater.  They pressured me into buying a new water heater, saying that it would cost the same to install a new water heater as to putting the existing water heater back after completing the bypass.  I don't think that was actually true.  During the two days that the men were working to bypass the broken pipe, a nice compact pump that I had to inflate my auto tires disappeared from the counter top where I had it stored near my back door.  Also, to test that the bypass had solved the leak, one of the men poured water from a bottle he had been drinking out of into my water line.  That was an unsanitary and I felt disrespectful act.

"Gerry was very helpful and he made calls to me to let me know exactly what was going on with the install of our gas lines and the status of the installer. (we had a couple gas lines run from the outside gas bib to the barbecue and to the soon-to-be firepit) Installers Dakota and Colton were super nice guys and did a great job of trenching in the steamy hot humid weather and then installing the runs. "Glenn is a great salesman. I very much appreciated how up front and honest he was about his products. It became clear to me very quickly that I wanted to consider going with them for my purchase. I asked Glenn the same questions repeatedly for a few days until I had understood everything I was uncertain about. He was more than patient and willing to help me. I ended up going with the higher end water conditioner unit. Install went relatively smoothly. My house was not pre plumbed for a water softener, so there was some extra work involved. His contractors were friendly. They didn't mind me watching the install as I was intrigued by the whole process. When they left they made sure to clean up any mess they had made. The install location was a big of a compromise from what I originally wanted, but I think it will work just fine. At the end of the day I couldn't get the other companies to give me quotes, come out to my home for a face to face, and the prices I did see from the competition was not anywhere near ballpark for Fresh Mountain in regards to quality and value. Cleaned out a sink in a 50 year old house.  Checked with office on cost of changing out the faucet (which was reasonable) and had replace the u-pipe or trap because it was in poor condition.

The plumber was willing to do an extra job and the office was very accommodating,

The plumbing in an older house can be tricky to work on; this plumber understood the problems and was careful with the old pipes!
