I contacted them three days before Christmas with a sudden, and rather extensive, raccoon problem. Luke (the owner) came out the next day, did an extensive inspection of the entire attic and damage done by the animals, provided a more than reasonable quote, and returned the next day to start work. He repaired all of the damage, critter proofed the entire house, left one egress point available to ensure no raccoons would be trapped in attic then set a trap and secured that last egress point with plastic to monitor any traffic. The trap caught raccoons every night and Luke even came out on Christmas day to humanely relocate one of the animals.
