"They came right away and addressed multiple issues we were having; including identifying and resolving the large clog in our main drain. In addition, they re-sealed two toilets, fixed the water pressure and drain in our Master Bathroom and devised a plan to hold watch over our hot water tank. Lastky, they assisted our County Sewer District with finding our sewer lids via camera and special tools. They deliver! They care! Thank you for your thorough and professional work. "Bill responded within a few minutes of my request to HomeAdvisor, and was at my home to diagnose the water heater problem first thing the next morning. He made the repairs the same day. His price was very reasonable and customer service was exceptional. The repair work was done very professionally. I will refer Providence Plumbing to my neighbors, friends and family."

"Ryan checked a few areas for the leak, found the problem was in the overflow of the bathtub.  Told me a few different options for the fix, and recommended the easiest / least expensive.  I felt comfortable with his fix (silicone around the pipe).  He answered lots of questions for me, and was very professional.  I would use them in the future.

"The operator, Tony Price provided a very professional service. At the same time, he provide quite a bit of educational information regarding septic systems. He removed his shoes before crossing our white carpet to inspect our sewer pump and was very careful to avoid backing his truck on our lawn.
I would hire him as an employee in a heartbeat.
