"I have had Modern Home come in for two separate projects about 4 years apart: a demolition and rebuild of a 3-seasons room and a remodel of a living room. Vince is more responsive than the dozen or so contractors I have tried to contact in getting these projects done. He let me know my options, but was respectful to my choices. For example, I opted to do the painting myself on both projects to save myself money and Vince respected that decision and worked with me on the timing. In the 3-seasons room project they found an adjacent wall was rotting inside after they had begun demolition. They gave me option to pursue at that point. They let me choose whether to pursue this or not and that it would cost more because it was outside the original quote. I did not feel pressured to do this, but I was glad they brought this to my attention and did opt for them to rebuild that part of an adjacent wall. I have had no problems with the project they did 4 years ago and my new living room is looking good. They are the first people I will be calling for any future home projects."

He suggested materials for added seat and threshold, base around floor and finishing touches that really showcased his work. Sal and his "team" where punctual, hard working, clean, extremely friendly and truly a pleasure to work with. He went over and above our contract agreement to help me with items around my home at no additional charge to me. I would be delighted to have them back in the future for any work."
