Formal complaint filed and id getting escalated tomorrow after waiting around for hours again today as they are ?on the way?. LOOK at this roof replacement they did AND the ?repairs? have only caused more damage to my home. DO NOT RISK YOUR HOMES STRUCTURE BEING DAMAGED BY THIS COMPANY!!! They slapped wood on top of the metal to fix how bad that was and that made things worse??. "

"His crew was amazing. They had the roof torn off so quickly I couldn't believe my eyes. While some were installing the underlayment felt sheets others were cutting and replacing the wood that needed replacing. The roof was done on the second day because there was great teamwork shown. They cleaned up any fallen materials and swept the area with a magnet bar to pick up any nails and staples. The area was cleaner then when they started. Highly recommend. "

During the sales pitch and pre contract agreement, my sales person was up front about the work and provided a timeline of the project. Our new roof looks wonderful and has since been tested with several storms and our roof has held up.
