"DB's has emergency service so, when the water line to my refrigerator was leaking late at night, they came out right away and replaced the line as well as the decrepit faucet that feeds it in the wall. The water line replacement moved pipes to a route under the house with no disruption to the walls. A small area about 18 inches square in the floor of the basement utility room was re-cemented, so there is no evidence of the replacement and they re-seeded the area in the front lawn that had to be dug up. This company has never failed me. They stand behind their estimates and never charge more. I highly recommend them."

"Great experience! After appt. was scheduled, the owner/plumber called and then arrived within his promised timeframe. He promptly determined the problem, gave me an estimate for the job and after I agreed to have him perform the repairs, he worked diligently to clear out the clogged drain. "We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. They also ensured that they had our new water heater turned on and running before leaving. We will not hesitate to contact Willis for any of our plumbing needs."
