"Hired this company because reviews mislead us to believe they were a decent company. Signed a year contract, once again, believing they were a decent company. Signed in August 2025, asked to be notified when they would be out but never was. They have come 3 times, were able to spray inside only twice because we were out of town one of the times. They were supposed to come on or around the 15th of the month, per the contract, yet someone showed up yesterday (2/10/26) again without notice. We are canceling our contract, but it will cost us $192. Unbelievable!!!!! We will pay the money though just to be rid them."

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
