"I have used Worley for a variety of projects with excellent results, but I particularly want to shine a light on the most recent toilet installation. Many years ago, another plumbing company told us that there was a problem pipe in a walls that clogged when we used the two fixtures upstairs for #2. To fix them would have cost us as much as $15000 between the actual repair and putting in new drywall and wallpaper. So, we had a couple of guys come to check out the problem, and they thought the problem was that the two upstairs toilets didn't have enough pressure, and there were modern ones using the same amount of water per flush but had much stronger flushes. Combined, they cost less than $1500. So, they installed them last week and they are working wonderfully! So, Worley's probably save as $13,000 or more. That would be reason enough to hire these guys."

"Don was very prompt and quickly got the sink unclogged. It's working great. The problem is that after the work was done, the water valve under the sink began to leak. This required him coming back another day. Since I used a coupon for the first job, I had to pay for him to come again. He was fair and did the work for the same price plus parts, but I still wonder if he should have seen the leak when here the first time. If not for that, he'd get an "A" from me."

"Hired this company September 2018 to service my HVAC because my heat stopped working. They're a lot on the pricier side of things which would be okay if value and customer appreciation were included. They replaced my capacitor which failed 4 months later. Before their return to service the same issue as before I asked if they provide a warranty. I was told that they do provide a 1 year warranty so I proceeded to re-hire the. ONLY because of the warranty they claimed they have. After all was said and done, I got charged ANOTHER trip charge for $80 which is utterly ludicrous to me. I don't understand why I had to pay a trip charge for services rendered for work that was "warrantied". Well after speaking to the manager he informed me that I am a "Non... (something)" which basically means my service request isn't a routine maintenance issue so at most all there is, is a 30 day warranty. Granted they did "waive" the charge for the part itself which I appreciate but even that was a slight issue in itself. They could've also waived the trip charge due to the fact that I was told there is a warranty and obviously you cannot get service/repair done without someone coming to provide work in the first place. At the vet least they could've cut the trip charge in half in an attempt to work this matter out as I was told by the manager that I was given incorrect information based off his employee's lack of knowledge which resulted in me having to literally pay for their mistake. They also do not apply their trip charge to the overall bill upon completion. In the end I could have hired a less expensive company that actually guarantees their work and applies/includes the trip charge to the bill. For this reason I will not hire them again nor provide a recommendation. The actual overall cost would've been $556 but they lowered it only because I spoke up and complained first."

Joe recommended that he not only replace the body, but because of the corrosion, he recommended also replacing the impeller and internals. Joe kept me informed as he found the components and then scheduled the work. He arrived on time and did a superb job to ensure that the irrigation system was back in service. He is a particularly engaging company owner and most enjoyable to talk with."
