Walter came out, explained exactly what he was going to do, and took care of the issue. He showed us how the bolts used were too short, causing the issue. He explained that using caulk to patch the holes would have only been a temporary fix, so he replaced the shingles. You can't even tell now there was a satellite dish there at one time."
