"I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Gaithersburg Garage Door, and I am generally a tough customer. From my initial call (thanks for the help, Gabrielle!) to the conclusion of the repair, everything was excellent. The service person Julio was on time, polite, assessed and explained the problem to me, and presented repair options. My opener had a bad circuit board, so options were to replace the board or install a new opener. Julio priced a new opener and, after determining a new circuit board was available for my 20+ year old opener, priced that as well. After I chose a new circuit board, he explained that one of my openers would not work with the new board (fine with me). Then he installed the new board in 30 minutes or less. In addition to solving the circuit board problem, Julio answered a couple of questions I had about my current opener and also tightened and lubricated all the garage door hinges and the door tracks. (Neither of these tasks were related to the service issue but he did them anyway, unasked.) I initially called GGD because of their excellent reputation. Based on my experience, that reputation is entirely deserved."

"Fredy was very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. He explained how the patchwork would go and help me understand how to make it like the holes where never there. There were places that had holes in the ceiling about 15 feet in total length. The crew was able to patch it up, mud and paint it in two days. They did the work the Friday after Christmas which I was grateful for. I also had put up drywall for 8 x 12 ceiling at the entrance of the house. They mud it and painted for me. The corner beads for nicely done. They painted the walls in way, you can even tell the different around the area where it wasn't painted. They even cleaned up and caulked around the trim (that was not even a part of the affected area) without charging or anything. It was good to see they wanted it all to look nice. After they did the work, they cleaned up so well. One of the ceilings that was patched, it was very obvious work was done. I talked to Fredy about it and he had a crew member come and fix it up. After more mud, sanding, and painting, it looks great now. Fredy was so responsive and immediately took care of my issue. When I need more help, I will be contacting Maxc impression and Fredy."
