His sons Luis and Emilio were so reliable and did such a perfectionist job, showing up every day on time, that I asked them to do the remodel of our main bathroom. We are so pleased with the attention to detail and careful work they did with the tile and floors, bathroom fixtures etc. They came for 12 days straight, which I so appreciated since we only had a 1/2 bath besides the one they were working on! "We came up with the shower design and sourced the materials (all tile, shower assembly, grout, tile sealer, and shelves) ourselves. We solicited 3-4 bids for labor only. Kris submitted a very competitive bid and came in ahead of schedule and on budget. All of the work described above took only about 4 days, and he coordinated with a separate shower glass provider (GP Company Glass) to come the following week to measure and install the glass door. Kris and his assistant showed up on time every morning and were done by the time we got home each day. The workmanship (including tiling and grouting) was excellent, and they were very conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day. After the shower assembly starting sagging due to its own weight, Kris even came back to install a ceiling pipe support that we provided. Bottom-line, Kris did a great job and helped make our shower remodel project run as smoothly as possible for a very competitive price."

Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily).
