They've repainted many of my rooms, and have done a complete remodel of my lower level living room to divide it and add a bedroom - the attention to detail is so good that you can't tell that it wasn't part of the original construction. They have also managed other minor repairs to my unit and some bigger maintenance projects for my condo building itself.
