This was the first major home renovation we did as new homeowners, so naturally, we were nervous. We had consultations with three other contractors before a neighbor referred us to Jakubek and we could not be happier. From quote to final walk through, Dawid and his team were transparent and professional. Our building allows work to begin at 8 am and they were on time every day, ready to work. Our project was done on time and on budget. There were a number of small tasks and decisions to be made throughout the project and he worked through every single one with us. Beyond giving this company the highest rating in all aspects of their business, we must let the results speak for themselves. They completed our project just over a month ago and we can honestly say it’s more than just two beautiful bathrooms. The plumbing, fixture installation, and craftsmanship are all top notch. "I contacted High Quality Painting LLC to repaint my fence after severely neglecting it for many years. Most of the paint was already stripped or peeling away, and had been for years, so there was significant damage to the wood as well. They were very confident about identifying the damaged boards and replacing them as well. When they got started, they found quite a few more damaged boards, and ultimately replaced more than what was quoted at no charge. They also recommended I get the fence stained instead of repainted, which is something I had not considered, and am very glad they pointed me in that direction because I think it will help prevent many of the problems I had in the future and be much easier to maintain. The workers were professional and willing to show up on incredibly hot days in between the rainy days to get the work done. I brought up another issue with the gate of the fence rubbing when opened, and that was also fixed at no charge which I appreciated."

"BASEMENT FINISHING We fully finished our basement plumbing, electric, flooring, everything and honestly, we couldn’t be happier. It turned out beautiful. The crew was awesome to work with super professional, respectful, and they paid attention to every little detail. I’ve dealt with contractors before, but this team really stood out. "Claudiu Curescu of RC Brothers Construction is an amazing contactor. I had interviewed three contactors. The first one just said some cost figures verbally for my repairs. The second contractor hand wrote some cost figures on a sheet of paper. Claidiu produced a truly professional online estimate on his letterhead and detailed the work requested and the related cost as an estimate. He was by far the most professional. His painter iand crew are superb and use high quality Benjamin Moore paint. They are all very clean and clean up throughout the process. They took down my wall hangings and painting then after rehung them without any damages. There was no damage to my furniture. The tile guy and his partner created a beautiful look and the work was first rate quality. The carpet guy upgraded my new carpeting too. It’s a besutiful carpeting. Claidiu’s two brothes are involved too. One brother does excellent electrical work and figured out and fixed a complicated electrical issue. "

Kris was onsite everyday and worked in a strategic way that there was never any lost time. He has a great eye for detail and design. You can tell he has a passion for his work. He consulted me often when changes needed to be made to the prints. Great communication during the whole project. He works excellent with DYI'ers like myself.
