"Two raccoons would come at night and take a swim in our pool. Jarrod came and placed 2 traps. He used marshmallows for bait. I thought this was strange, but it worked like a charm …… the very next morning both raccoons were trapped - Smile. Bob came and picked them up within hours to relocate them. "Unless you are 2 inches tall you weren't going in to get this ringtail cat in an enclosed inaccessible attic space separate from the house attic without tearing out the porch ceiling. They knew this animal and it's habits. The 2nd night the ringtail was in their trap. They closed up the entrance and any possible entries by other critters throughout the roof. Fantastic."

"The service for the big deal from Nature's Own Pest Control for chimney cleaning, they were great. They came late but they indicated that they had a flat tire and they ended up coming with 2 drivers because the one who helped the first one came also. The lateness didn't bother me at all, it wasn't an inconvenience. They were great. I don't have anything negative to say. They were very apologetic. Once they came, both of them came in and they both made sure that I was okay with what they were doing. They showed me what they were doing and they even tried to sell me some stuff which I think was pretty good but I didn't buy at the time because I just wasn't ready. From a scale of 1 to 10 I would probably give them a 9. The price was pretty reasonable for what they did. There were no other unexpected issues that occurred."
