"Mr Griffin arrived in a timely manner. My house is old, and most of the plumbing is what was originally installed when the house was built over 50 years ago. He removed the old fixture and installed a new fixture that I had purchased. He examined the pipes under the sink and indicated that everything was sound. Mr. Griffin is very personable and took time to explain exactly what he had repaired/replaced. He said that if I had problems in the future, he would be glad to make a follow-up call. I was very pleased with his work, and I think the price was reasonable for the service performed."

"There was a scheduling mix-up where my service call was accidentally scheduled for a different day. I called the phone number and the person on the phone (I think Jamie?) apologized for the mix-up and promised to get someone out to my house today. Judd showed up around 4pm and immediately identified the cause of my problems to be a clogged main line. Unfortunately the clearing of the line wasn't as easy as expected. Judd ended up spending several hours working to make sure the line was cleared and that everything was draining properly. Job well done!"

"I was surprised, after calling other plumbers in Baldwin County, that the first positive responder was 30 minutes away in Mobile. The problem occurred  <strong>2 days</strong> <strong>before Christmas</strong>, and, unlike others, Advanced Plumbing dispatched Mr. Franklin to us within a few minutes. When he arrived, he identified the problem (we have a somewhat complicated septic system with aerator, pump to above-grade field lines, and a 1977 main drain system), and removed the blockage (as well as explained the whys and wheres of it); and finally checked the rest of our system. All communications I had with Mr. Franklin and his dispatcher were informative, reassuring and prompt. Advance Plumbing is now at the top of my contractor list for my home and condo needs. <br />"

"I was referred to this company by my builder. They came out quickly to address a problem in my home. Two gentlemen showed up and performed the work that after looking at realized I could have done it myself as they took a short cut. The biggest problem was that I was ripped off in the price. They charged me $250 for a 1 1/2 hour job and the only materials needed was PVC which doesn't cost but a few dollars at most. I was not pleased with the price. If labor were $85 an hour plus cost for supply it still would have been cheaper. To top it off, they had to return the next day because the pvc wasn't glued and came apart and caused my bathroom to flood. My husband and I were highly disappointed with the service but more so with the price and it pushed the work unneeded done to be pushed behind."

"We called them in the evening and they promptly sent someone out the next morning to assess the problem. After locating and cleaning the sewer line, they ran a cable with a camera attached and found out our sewer line had a cable running right through the middle of the pipe. Next, with a backhoe, they dug a hole about 5 feet deep and five feet wide and located the sewer line. They repaired our sewer line in approximately 31/2 hours. (Cut out old pipe and replaced with new pipe). This work was done in our front yard, and the Roto-rooter men were very neat and extremely careful not to disturb more yard then necessary."
