May 1st, via Invoice 159573769, David completed the repair and replacement of my Hall bathroom's Tub/Shower handles with installation of Gerber extension kit picked up from Hydrologic; David also picked up new sleeves and after discussions with Bucks staff, cut extensions and chrome sleeves to size, then installed handles and tested; working properly at this time, then installed owner supplied handheld shower and tested; no leaks. "joshua arrived when he said he would, looked at the problem - toilet wax seal, told me what caused the problem and how he would repair it. he also looked in a couple of other places just to make sure water wasn't dripping down the supply line thus creating the impression that it was the wax seal when in fact it might have been elsewhere. he then went out and got his tools and materials needed for the wax seal repair and even changed the bolts which anchor the toilet to the floor. within 30 minutes he was done. he was focused, thorough and very knowledgeable from what i could see. i plan on asking for him when i have my yearly plumbing service performed. i used to perform most of the household repairs myself, but not having the flexibility that i once had and quite frankly the desire, i look for people in the trades that i can trust, know what they're doing and make the repair to my satisfaction."

"After setting the appointment on the scheduled day I received a text message from the company that included a photo and information on the plumber to arrive. That was a nice touch to start. The appointment was to camera scope our sewer line to look for a clean out that could not be located 10 days before by a Rotorooter Tarpon Springs plumber(?) who cleared a clog with horrible and questionable results. RR never scoped the line and reported that they went out 90 ft of snake until they found a blockage in the line that they cleared for $565! Did not clear any discharge or grey water before or after pulling a flush and couldn't find the sewer main but went out 90 feet. The house lot is not even that long. So when this service put in the camera they found water backing up at 32 feet from the same access, then marked the spot on the outside lawn, returned with a snake and found a blockage at 40 feet out which turned out to be a root that penetrated from the underside of the sewer pipe and bound the snake so it would not clear the line. We decided that this would be the location to excavate and cut to install a bi-directional tee as a clean out. This was a full days job and worth the money for all the labor and effort put in to the process by one man. The follow up was equally impressive, receiving text messages and a questionnaire on the service received. Obviously a business intending to be around and remain competitive.
