"Great. Love my fence. Workmanship was well done. Cleaned up and hauled away old fence."

"We had a 4 foot chain link fence with three gates installed specifically so we would not have to tie out our small dog. They were great. Professional. Timely. Added extra posts near the house because I feared the area was too wide and the dog might be able to get out. I had estimates from 3 other fence companies and Windsor’s was the cheapest but I still think the price was a bit steep due to the current economy."

"Great! Easy process and fence was built quickly and efficiently"

"I couldn’t be happier with the work Legacy Improvements LLC fence did! Marcus and his crew extended my existing fence and added a gate, and everything turned out amazing. The crew was professional, on time, and paid attention to every detail to make sure the new section matched perfectly with the old fence. The gate works smoothly and looks great too. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and the quality of the work really shows. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality fence work!"

"I hired Northeast Ohio Renovations to vinyl side my house in the summer of 2016. Their price was fair and the quality of the work was good. Only problems I had with them was they dropped off the materials for the job around 2 or 3 weeks before they started to work. So all those large boxes were in the way until they started the job. After they finished the job they took about 2 to 3 weeks to pick up the material they left at my house. So that material was in the way for some time also. This September, 2018, some of the siding was damaged when a large tree branch came down on all the wires going into my house and pulled the wires away from the house. A picture of the damage is attached. I called Northeast to see if they would come and repair the damage. Bob finally got back to me 2 weeks later after I left numerous phone messages. A few week after that he came and looked at the damage. He said he could repair it and would get back to me when he could do it. After not hearing from him for 6 weeks I called him a few times and left messages for him to get back to me with a date to do the work. I never heard back from him. One of the questions I asked the companies I interviewed for the siding job was "Will you be available in the future to do repairs if they are needed?". He answered they were available and did repair work on their jobs. Unfortunately for me this turns out not to be true. In summary, Northeast Ohio Renovations did good work at a fair price but does not provide after the job support."

"Jaime is simply the best. I’m unexpectedly moving and needed to get my house on the market. i had a huge list of improvements and repairs to get done to get my house show-ready. He did everything i needed from painting to plumbing to electrical and my long list of “honey-do’s”. He was neat, tidy and efficient. His workmanship is impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend Jaime for any repair you need. Thanks, Jaime - you’re a lifesaver!"

"I cannot speak highly enough about the product or about the process. This painter used a small crew that he has worked with for years and the crew was consistent throughout the job, so I did not have a lot of strangers running around. Everyone was professional, polite and easy to work with. They were very thorough and made repairs I did not expect them to catch. The colors are absolutely spot on. They even did some small things outside the contract (buffing out discoloration on car panel) without charging extra. Non-instrusive, proactive and tidy in their approach. I rarely have had such a positive experience with a contractor. And my neighbors were just as impressed as I am. A++++"
