The gentleman’s name was Malik from JPN that replaced my water heater located in the attic which we all know is miserably hot!!! It was a very difficult broken pipe that even the city couldn't find. On the 3rd try, Carlos repaired the problem free of charge. He was professional, and made sure the work was complete. "We woke up this morning to a lack of hot water. I called JD Service Repairs shortly after their opening hours, and had someone at my house by 11:00 AM Investigation revealed the tank had a small weeping leak that had put just enough water in the catch pan to trip a safety switch. The water heater was in the house when we moved here about 4 years ago and I had no idea when it had been installed. Javier used hs smartphone and in seconds informed me the water heater was still under warranty. Javier provided an estimate with two options in a few minutes and we chose to replace the leaking heater with a warranty replacement unit. Javier left to get the replacement unit, and handled all the warranty paperwork at the office before he returned. Javier completed the work right around 2 PM, only 3 hours stat to finish! I highly recommend JD Service Repairs when life throws you a plumbing curveball."

"Excellent! We have used A&A for approximately 15 years. The plumbers at A&A are top notch. Recently, we had all shower heads, in wall controllers, and hardware replaced for 2 bathrooms. David Williams was our plumber. He did a great job and we love our updated bathroom showers thanks to David. Once again another quality job by A&A plumbing! In addition to working with David, we also worked with Kerry to coordinate our job and make any necessary arrangements. Kerry is very personable and responsive...simply put, Kerry is awesome! One of the bathrooms required access to the plumbing by cutting a hole in sheetrock in the wall behind the bathroom and the other bathroom needed tile cut out for access. The work to replace/repair the sheetrock and tile was performed by Warren at Bexar Home Repair and when he came to provide us a quote as well as when he performed the repair work, he commented on how impressed he was with the careful and precise removal of the tile by the plumber to allow for ease of replacement."

"I was looking to replace a 22 year old AC system late evening and went to Angi’s website to look for Air Conditioner repair/replacement companies. I found Air Systems was one of the companies recommended for replacement of old system. Submitted a quote request thru the website. Five minutes later I get a call from Carlos to schedule an appointment. I was very impressed with his quick response. He came over the next day and assessed what was needed and the next day provide me with 5 replacement options and cost of each. I was able to do research on units on options list and had a good understanding of which would meet my needs. Other companies just gave me one choice. Once I decided which option, I wanted I informed Carlos and scheduled a date for replacement of AC system. Before replacement date I had a few questions regarding unit and install, every time I contacted Carlos he would respond almost immediately and would answer my questions to my satisfaction. Carlos and his crew arrived at appointment time told me what they were going to do and how long it would take to complete replacement. The team was very professional and very courteous and did a great job on install. They cleaned up as they finished, and David gave me a quick tutorial on the Thermostat and its functions. All in all it was a great experience and never felt pressured at all. Great compan,y great team of employees. Definitely would recommend to family and friends."
