After explaining a couple electrical problems with plugs that 3 other electricians said they fixed and problems came back after they left. Paul had another one of his technicians come to the house a couple days later and do a complete system check and discovered that one circuit was wired incorrectly. My house was up to 98 degrees and we had tried everything we knew and it just was not working.
