"I originally called Third Generation to give me a quote on a partial master bath remodel. Robert and Christina came to the house together and gave me some good advice on what needed to be done and a ballpark figure for the work. They also explained that they flipped houses and had trusted people who could do whatever else I wanted to have done in the house and could do it fast. Shortly thereafter, my circumstances changed and I decided to do a full master bath gut and remodel along with a long list of things I had wanted or needed to do for years. Robert gave what I considered a fair quote for my VERY long list of jobs and had people on site within days of signing the contract. Everyone working the job was pleasant, hard-working, and highly skilled. I felt very comfortable with all of them and had no reservations about having them in my house when I wasn't there. The whole job took about 8 weeks but 2 to 3 weeks of that was because a special-order vanity arrived damaged and had to be re-ordered, delaying the completion of the new master bath. I am delighted with the job(s) done by Third Generation. My master bath is gorgeous, my laundry room is now attractive instead of an eyesore, and a long list of "I hate that"s has been turned into "I love that"s. For the amount of work I had done and the range of different types of work involved, the speed of completion, even with the delay caused by the defective vanity, was really impressive. I will definitely call Third Generation again not only for plumbing work, but for future remodeling that I may decide to do. "Millerville's Plumbing arrived AHEAD OF TIME and waited patiently for me to get home. They were at my door at 12:30 pm for a 2-5 pm appointment, so they were super anxious to finish for the week end or very efficient in completing the jobs scheduled that morning! Regardless, they were punctual to a fault.  Once I met with them to discuss the work, they assessed what had to be done, explained their better solution and got right to the job. In twenty minutes I had a new outside hose faucet to replace the one done in by the 'blizzard of 2016'. "John is a good man, with experience to prove it. We have hired him twice now, to sort out a flooded basement (care of the City of Baltimore & their contractor, Spiniello), and then to retrofit all the horizontal pipes in our row home. Not only did he and his team solve our issues, but they made it look good. For a 120 year old row home, you can imagine the plumbing has been subject to a number of revisions, so it was a real pleasure to see them cut it all out (pipes corroded down to a pin hole), and replace every water bearing line with a singular, clear & straightforward system of logically placed cut-off valves, t-joints and what-have-you.
Because we had already had him out to solve a 1400 dollar flood problem the city blamed us for (and which later turned out to be their fault but they are not willing to pay for), he offered us this super low rate to get all the rest* upgraded (*all the main branches had been upgraded already, namely the verticals to the second floor). Johns original quote was for 1250 to do all the horizontals, so since i had him there i asked if he could run gas to our stove. Because of our recent purchases from him and since he was already there, he ran all the gas and got me two (all you need is one) gas cut off valves for an additional 150 bucks. 
Home Depot quoted me 500 for the same job.
