Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. "Their report was underwhelming. There was no write-up about their inspection because the inspector didn't find anything worth noting. The report was several pages of boilerplate and how they would conduct pest control. In the report, there were 5 boxes where various types of infestations would be checked, with a diagram of the house, and a section for how problems would be identified. In a Notes section, it only said my property would benefit from a "safe application of chemicals". I guess, since none of the boxes were checked, they figured nothing else needed to be said regarding their finding no evidence of infestation."
