"We purchased a prepaid "fix all broken applianced deal" on Angie's List.   We had to purchase the parts but the fee took care of their time on two visits.  The gentlemen who evaluated the appliances was thorough and even gave some suggestions for the dishwasher to help it clean better.  The parts were ordered and they arrived in a few days and they came back out and installed.  I would definitely use again - informed, polite and honest - all the things you look for in appliance repair.

I was able to find a replacement and Kim had the new refrigerator picked-up, delivered and installed on a Saturday. They completed the job in less than one day and even hauled the old unit away. When the initial inspection of the unit was completed, the technician discussed all of the possibilities with the repair. He was honest with me and suggested replacing the unit and the furnace as well while he was there. I like that when he gave me the estimate, both the technician and I signed it. "I was advised by another HVAC service company that I needed to replace the condenser motor and fan on our cooling system. I was provided an estimate in excess of $1,000. So, I opted for a second opinion. I contacted Kirk Wiesman at New Climate. Kirk evaluated the unit that same day and stated that it is difficult to predict when the motor may fail. With young children in my home, I prefer to error on the side of caution and wanted the motor replaced if I could afford to do so. Kirk stated that the fan was fine and did not need to be replaced. As promised, Kirk provided later that same day an estimate to replace the motor ($393). We agreed upon a date and time for the work to be completed. Kirk showed up on time and installed a direct replacement (original equipment) motor.  Kirk explained the charges, which matched the estimate.  Kirk also explained the warranty on this work."

He replaced an electrical outlet, repaired a dead outlet,  and looked at the breaker box in the garage. He spent the full 2 hours on the project. He was also very nice friendly and easy to talk with.
