But the scheduling of installation was delayed by more than 2 weeks at the last minute and they were not very flexible with rescheduling and the whole delivery and scheduling process was a bit inefficient and a little less customer friendly compared to the other departments. But the installation personnel at the end did a good job installing the hardwood floors and cleaning up after and completed the work within the time period they proposed. The $500 off Angies List coupon and the 0% interest payment terms were the key reasons that kept me motivated to stay with them during all the delays, even though it costed me some extra money with other items and services with my new home and delayed my move in by more than 2 weeks."

He didn't try to steer me to the most expensive carpet. The installer left the house very clean and the work is flawless. The carpet looks even better than I had hoped.
