"My experience with Prize Pest Control has been great so far. The woman I spoke with to set up the service was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They were able to come out next day and treat my home. Adrian arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable. He was very respectful and did a good job of helping me understand the whole process of treating my home. The treatment was two days ago so as for now my 5 star rating is for the customer service that i’ve received so far, not for the treatment because it is too soon to tell. But I have not seen any more pests yet so that’s a good sign. Thanks Adrian and Prize Pest Control!"

"Made me pay half in cash. Only gave me a receipt for the half I paid in the card. $7k+ and I?m thinking he wasn?t ethical. Never brought back all supplies I paid for. Told me to go to Home Depot and buy mouse traps. "

"We hired them to rid us of mosquitoes. It was completely ineffective. They also promised to treat the wasps, which they did not. When I called to cancel the young lady I spoke to was rude and said I would still have to pay them for 11 more months. My service was on the 13th and I called on the 18th She said I had only 3 days to cancel. I canceled in 5 days 2 of which were weekend days Please be careful when entering into an agreement with this company"

"The week before Christmas, in the midst of pandemic 2020 and the first Texas freeze- I had a real deal rodent emergency.... Multiple companies were booked solid for the next week and I was in straight peril! Safe Pro made a few schedule adjustments and Technician Ryan was at my front door within 2 hours of the initial call. He went above and beyond the call of duty and kept his cool while I freaked out in the background..... He gave me multiple options and was not leaving until the job was done. I use this company for my regular pest control service and now a customer for life. THANK YOU RYAN for your genuine care and speedy resolution!"
