"Daniel and the team were professional, considerate, honest and timely with their work. We had over 5 bids for our project which was a large investment and went through a long vetting process. Daniel answered all my questions honestly and provided a consultative approach to the project. We had a concrete pour and a deck rebuild D&D could do both, most contractors could only do the deck and said we needed to outsource the concrete elsewhere. The deck project was done in two weeks and the outcome was better than what I had imagined. "We met with several contractors when we were planning the deck project but Cedric and his team stood out to us because of the amount of detail he went into just to explain what goes into building a good deck as well as the time he spent educating us. He even had samples of the decking to show us. He was very involved throughout the planning process helping us make decisions on what would be a good design and materials to pick from to stay within budget. The build of the deck was done very well by his team and we really love how it has changed our backyard and made the deck so much more usable. Even though there were some challenges during the build, Cedric and his team worked with us to solve them so we have a good overall design and usability. Very high level of detail and care used on various projects. I have used them for a modern fence, replacement of concrete sidewalk and stairs. New sprinkler system, sod and a retaining wall. It’s so nice working with Gabriel Peppers, he is reliable, fair priced and great at communicating throughout the whole process. His expertise was valuable as he was able to make polite recommendations which was super helpful in avoiding issues I had not foreseen. I will be using them again and again for future projects. All work they did came out better than I had expected or hoped for. They were even respectful of dozens of plants where our fence was going in, I expected them to all be trampled but none were!!
