"we hired Cransten to do a remodel of our kitchen, master bath and floors in kitchen, dining room, living room, stairs and upstairs den. The initial process was different then I had seen before with me going over the scope of work with a project manager on the phone and me sending pictures of the rooms and spaces that would be remodeled. Different isn't bad their process worked very well. before the work the contractor Robert [Provider Name Removed] made an appointment to complete a walk through. Robert showed up early which was a pleasant surprise as most companies get there when they want. We eventually signed after a price was given. The billing process was simple. And several people from the company checked in with me each week to ensure we were happy and things were going good. A date was set to begin the demo and the project. Robert [Provider Name Removed] actually asked us what time he could start and was incredibly thoughtful of us the entire length of the process. His plan was always with us in mind in ord"

"After interviewing four trimming services, II hired Ismael's Tree Service to trim a large Linden tree. They were not the cheapest bidder, but I felt they understood the task at hand and Leo seemed knowledgeable about the Linden tree. He quoted a fair price for the work, but when informed of a competitor's price, Leo adjusted the estimate to a more competitive rate. On the scheduled day the crew arrived and set to work. There was a large growth of sucker plants around the base of this Linden (which, I'm guessing, had not been trimmed in many years). They cut these down very low and when I asked them to cut them to ground level, they immediately did so. They removed a lot of branches from the Linden tree and it really looks 100% better. If trees could talk, I think it would say, "Ahhhhh. . . . .thank you!" I also added a couple of other tasks while they were on-site: cutting a tree trunk to ground level and light trimming of a cherry tree, for which I paid extra. I found Ismael and Leo easy to work with. They were efficient, cheerful, and did a very good clean up following the work. I recommend them and will hire them again if I need other trees trimmed."

Great communication, great quality work and great experience. Would recommend STG to others and have already done so to friends thinking about redoing their kitchen. I have a beautiful kitchen to enjoy for years to come. Thank you Shane and crew for a beautiful kitchen!"
