"Contacted the company on Wednesday morning and asked to setup an appointment. I was fully expecting them to not be available until the next week. To my surprise, he offered to send a truck that afternoon. I decided to make the appointment for the following day at 8:00am. The two younger guys arrived promptly at 8:00 and got to work. The added kitchen exhaust helped with the dust hood that was not there before in exhausting the fumes of cooking. There wasn't any charge of the newer powerful condense pump that replaced the stock minisplit pump.<br /> <br /><br /> <br />Jon even took care of fitting me in with their workload to have the things done in a very very timely manner, prompt as soon as I gave the call.
