"Sunday morning I discovered there was a leak in the basement in my "main" house drainage system. I called one company and they said to keep a pail under the leak and call them back the next day. I decided I was not comfortable waiting another day since the water dripping out of the drain pipe smelled horrible, since this system carries ALL the waste from the house. Called A& E and they respond when the said they could, which was approximately and hour and a half. Curtis stated that he could patch the leak temporally, but the system would still need to be replaced, since the copper piping was deteriorating. He said he could stay and do it now if we chose. I chose NOW!!! Curtis was polite, friendly and a VERY HARD WORKER! He was here for approximately 5 hours and replaced the entire drain system in my basement. This young man stopped only to run to the store and purchase needed materials and only took a much needed 10 minute break the entire time!"

Chris showed up in the first half of the 4 hour time window I was given. Once again, friendly and professional service. Tested water flow to confirm the issue, then snaked out the drains and had me run multiple wash cycles tub draining to ensure no issues."

"4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). "My repair went really well. I started out with the garbage disposal malfunctioning and while running the dishwasher I discovered that the dishwasher was leaking also. To top it off I found that my pipe under the sink had burst and water was everywhere, even leaking through the ceiling below!!! Michael came to my home to look at the job and advised me that he'd come to do my repair the next day. I was surprised to find that the repair he did with the pipes under my kitchen sink actually gave me more space for under sink storage!! He was friendly and professional. I was very pleased with his work. I'd definitely call on him again.

"Rob and his crew were excellent. We were referred to Rob from some friends of ours. We hired him because we had seen his work from our friend's kitchen so we felt comfortable with the quality of the work. We hired Rob to fully remodel 2 bathrooms in a home we recently purchased. The bathrooms were extremely outdated so both of them were gut jobs down to the sub-floor and framing. 1st Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New electrical was done to re-position lights. A new bathtub and surround was installed. A new toilet was installed, as well as new vanity along with new floor tile, drywall, and painting. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. 2nd Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New tiled shower surround, new toile, and new vanity were installed. All drywall was replaced and painting was done. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. My favorite part about Rob is his attention to detail and interest in the quality of his work. If a paint line wasn't straight enough the first time, he would re-do it. He even used a small paint brush for models to touch up one area to get it just right! We has recently had all our floors refinished, and Rob took the time to cut and install RamBoard on all flooring to make sure there was no damage. When there were surprises that came up (as there is with ANY job like this) Rob didn't get dramatic and act like it was the end of the world, he would get the part and fix it and explain to us what needed to be done. I really appreciated his professionalism and quality work. We will definitely use Rob again when we do future remodel jobs."
