"We had A Royal Flush come out on 2/28/18 and replace some outside faucets and fix a leaky kitchen sink. The work was excellent. During that time, the handle on the main valve came off. They replaced the handle however it was still leaking. We noticed this and called them to see if they would come fix it as it was not leaking before they came. There was some miscommunication between my wife and the contractor. Once that miscommunication was cleared up they came out and replaced the valve at no cost to us. A Royal Flush is a great contractor who does great work. If you have a problem with what they did, the owner will gladly work through the issue and make sure you are satisfied like he did for us.
