"I'm very thankful I called Ace Ventura pest and wildlife control. I knew I was hearing something scratching in my bedroom closet, I just didn't know what it was nor how bad it was. Ace Ventura came out and found rats eating through my ducting, wires and insulation. Rick was great he took pictures and showed me what was going on as I was too afraid to go up there. He gave me much needed relief when he closed up the very large holes they chewed. His team also cleaned out my whole entire attic and replaced with brand new insulation, fixed my ducting and wires. It took a day for the workmen to clean the areas, remove the insulation, pour the concrete, and set-out traps to make sure that there wasn't any new animal activity in our crawl space. A week later, the workmen came to check the traps and then install new wall and ceiling insulation. The workmen were punctual, diligent, courteous, and tidy. It's great to finally have the area cleaned-up and knowing that we'll have minimal, if any, future animal and rodent activity. "They seem to control the pests. There is no problem with the scheduling and everything. They do well as far as scheduling, and send us postcards when they are going to be coming to our house so that we could prepare for it. The billing has been fine, and it is always very prompt and accurate. The billing system is good. They have a friendly service. The technicians are very friendly, and if we have any problems, they address them at the time and take care of everything we need. I would say that they do a good job. We have no ants at all anymore in the house. I feel like it is kind of an expensive service, but we haven’t looked around too much for other services. We have them set up for the year."
