He worked around all those bumps and chips, fitting in the screens and plexiglass like a pro. Not a gap in sight when he was done! And let's talk about communication. Roger kept me in the loop the whole time. No fancy jargon or anything, just straight talk about what he was doing and how he was doing it. Made the whole thing feel like a breeze. "I contracted Mastermind Designs to remodel two bathrooms (hall and master). I was told the project would take two weeks or less and that a ?crew? of workers would be on-site. Instead, it took a month with only one worker assigned. The project manager, Nick Mallard, failed to properly communicate the detailed scope of work I had prepared. As a result, there were numerous errors and incomplete items, including: ? Incorrect tile installed in one bathroom ? Hall bathroom built for a shower instead of the required bathtub ? Missing GFI outlets ? Poor caulking and painting ? Doors installed incorrectly ? Inadequate cleanup of the job site Finally, I had to have Mastermind return five times to address issues that should have been done correctly the first time. I do not recommend Mastermind Designs for any remodeling work. Their management, communication, and quality of workmanship were well below professional standards. "
