"My grandson flushed his little yellow bus down the toilet Friday afternoon. I called several plumbers in the area. By late Saturday afternoon I had only 1 returned call saying they could come out Monday morning. A friend suggested I call Gentille Plumbing and Heating. I called them and they said they could come early Sunday morning. Ryan arrived promptly as promise and quickly determine how to approach the issue and retrieved the little yellow bus. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."
