"Great! The owner, DF Richard, came out personally before our first filling to introduce himself and explain everything. Shortly afterwards, we had a wicked bad storm and lost power for 2 days, so we really needed the propane. They even topped off my tanks during the power outage, not because I called, but because the driver was in our area and wanted to be sure that we had enough fuel to keep our generator running until power was restored. "Scheduling was challenging. On the first attempt, the service guy never arrived. When I called, the scheduler said there was some computer error, apologized, and rescheduled. On the second attempt, the guy came and did the service, then recommended having the expansion tank replaced. I was supposed to get a call to schedule the follow-up service, but never did. I called a few times and left a message, eventually getting a callback from someone who was able to schedule the service. Once again, the first attempt was a flop. They sent out a heating technician, not a plumber, to replace the expansion tank, which he was not certified to do...and he arrived late. On the second attempt, the plumber arrived on-time. He was very professional, efficient, and did great quality work. He made a recommendation for some other plumbing work after I asked him about an issue we had been having. He told me to call the company to schedule the work. Once again, I struggled to even get the service scheduled. This time, I gave up after 3 or 4 tries. I'll be contacting another plumber to get the work done at some point."
