"I had him do plans for the kitchen. There was a big delay in having him come out for the initial consultation. Then about 6 weeks additional to deliver the plans. In the end, I felt like he did not deliver any additional big plans that I did not provide already in the consolation. I felt the deal was to have the design and plans, and even though that was provided, I felt like he was more interested in gaining the future work. That is where most of his conversation was going. I did not that think that was the Big Deal that I thought it was going to be getting. In the end, I was hoping to get a design based on something that I did not already provide myself. He mentioned some thing that he was going to draw up, but they were not in the plans that he provided. I would grade him a C in professionalism, beacuse he was tracking mud through my house, he knew it and he did not go back to the front door to take his shoes off."
