He was courteous and diligent and the materials and workmanship in the project were beyond our expectations but close to our original budget. "I had him do plans for the kitchen. There was a big delay in having him come out for the initial consultation. Then about 6 weeks additional to deliver the plans. In the end, I felt like he did not deliver any additional big plans that I did not provide already in the consolation. I felt the deal was to have the design and plans, and even though that was provided, I felt like he was more interested in gaining the future work. That is where most of his conversation was going. I did not that think that was the Big Deal that I thought it was going to be getting. In the end, I was hoping to get a design based on something that I did not already provide myself. He mentioned some thing that he was going to draw up, but they were not in the plans that he provided. I would grade him a C in professionalism, beacuse he was tracking mud through my house, he knew it and he did not go back to the front door to take his shoes off."
