He was excellent at diagnosing the problem, and methodically went through the small things before recommending a new pump. He explained everything to me, and recommended things (new wiring, barb fitting, pressure gauge) without it being a hard sell. He used quality products and materials. He was done before noon, and that's with me asking him to adjust the pressure switch and tank. Everything works great! I am a very satisfied customer."

"Mr Sunderman took an hour to do a full appraisal of the work we wanted done. This was on 5-23-11. Once he determined what we needed to get we went to a warehouse to look at faucets and ordered one. It took awhile to get that in and then it took awhile for him to be free again (this was not emergency work and he puts a priority on people who have immediate need for a plumber.Fine with us) On 6-20-11 he did 3.5 hours of work and that was the day he had to drill out the kitchen sink drains and replace them as well as the pipes under the sink. We're talking 1950's original drains so it took awhile. The next visit was on 6-30-11 and then he did the bathroom sinks and the outdoor hose bibbs.(also original equipment. If we don;t have to replace it, we don;t) Mark is a no nonsense professional and is proud of his skills and experience. He is and quot;old schooland quot; -- he shows up and does the work. "Shutes Lafayette Well Drilling did an extensive amount of work and they did an awesome job. They told me exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. Actually, I was at work. My son was at home. He was here and he related on him. He talked to me and got on the phone with me. They were very, very good and extremely knowledgeable. If there was a mess or spills, they made sure they cleaned it up. There's nothing that I didn't like. The fact that it was an emergency situation on a Monday morning, they came right out.
