Also determined that it was a temp fix and that it was time for a new one instead of making me pay exorbitant amounts to get it repaired. The two gentlemen were very professional and took their time to investigate the problem to make a diagnosis. I was charged just for the fee for them to make the diagnosis. Great company. "

The original GE tech who looked at the leak in the freezer evaporator a year ago, told me the refrigerator was non repairable because the "vacuum pump" retrofit part it needed was no longer available. After paying his $200 visit fee for a 2 minute consultation, he offered me a discount on a new GE refrigerator to fit which had not been built yet. Fast forward to now, GE does have 42 inch built-in counter depth Monogram side-by-side for $12,000 and $2,000 of Kraftmaid panels. Home Systems Appliance Repair cost me $400 to identify and fix a broken heat transfer tab in the freezer evaporator unit. I saved $15,000 - - not bad for paying Appliance Repair for a 2 hour job. They seriously looked and found the problem. I highly recommend Manny (the tech who did the work), and Home Systems Appliance Repair. Susan"
