"Tuesday, February 7, 2023, CW (Charles Waterman) of Commercial Home Services In Camdenton Missouri, installed a new thermostat for the furnace in my house in Eldon Missouri. After he had left the thermostat wasnâ t working correctly, so I called him the next day to see if he could return and take a look at it. Over the next few days I contacted him several times. Apparently he had a very busy week, but first thing Monday morning February 13, 2023 he called me back and said that he would go by the house that morning and take a look at the thermostat. He found the thermostat was working but the furnace had several problems which he informed me would be fairly expensive to repair. I have decided to replace the furnace which is over 30 years old with a heat pump. Charles has been courteous and very helpful. I appreciate what heâ s done for us and would recommend him."

"Tim was a good salesman. I and my wife believed he was honest and was very knowledgeable of your companyâ s procedures. The tech that arrived the following day to replace the furnace and heat pump was very professional and made me feel like my best interest was what he intended to do. The only thing I would change was though he worked very hard all day he was at my house until almost 9pm and we felt like that was a little late however I was promised it would all be done Friday and thatâ s what was done. The plumber that did the plumbing was very professional and really seemed very knowledgeable. I told him not to worry about taking his shoe cover protection off and on however he did everytime he came back into the house and he was in and out several times. Iâ m very pleased with the work that was done and feel like it was done professional and correctly. I would recommend and will definitely call them back if I ever have and further needs!! Good job guys!!"

"Andrew Edgar and son (Edgars Dirt Work) came out and pressure washed our Deck, our boat dock, the boat dock roof, which totaled over over 4,600 square feet. He also pressure washed our house, and cleaned the gutters. The area they pressure washed looked dry-out and gray. Ten years of weathering is reversed and now looks GREAT! The difference in the color of the boat dock roof is stunning. I didn't realize that it was supposed to be white, but now it is Very, Very WHITE. I'll be having Andrew Edgar back when the decks dry for a coat of preservative to keep the wood looking like it does today. I am more than just satisfied and I will recommend Andrew to all my friends. Friendly, Honest, the price quoted was the price charged, and he arrives on time."

"Repairs went extremely well. A-1 Pump's had all repair parts that were needed on-hand with them. This was the second time I have used A-1 Pump & Supply Company. The crew is very knowledgeable and professional. They also keep a record of parts used and existing equipment on site, keeping themselves informed of on site equipment which helps expedite future repairs."

He pulled the pump and replaced the electric wire and the water line ( 180 feet deep ) He cleaned up the mess and was done in about 3 1/2 hours. The only thing was he left the old pump, wire and water line for us to dispose of. We did not think to ask him to take it away."

They didn't mind taking off their shoes to go down to the basement and did not let the storm door slam shut once during their entering and exiting of my home. Gladly answered all my question. I was happy with their service and would feel comfortable using them again for any well or pump matters. It was an unexpected expense and I was informed that I could call the office once I received my bill to talk about paying in payments. I did call the office and they were very understanding and allowed me to pay in two payments. I was very thankful for this. <br />"
