"I had a foundation issue in my kitchen and bathroom. I hired Mason?s company to come and fix it. He was cheaper than the other companies, but his quality of work was excellent and I am very satisfied with his work. I would recommend him to anyone!"

"We've used Granite Transformations in the past for kitchen counters and have been very happy.  We were equally happy with the bathroom job.  They templated countertop and installed a week or so later, all prior to timeline for demo of shower.  The shower job was supposed to take 3 days but due to our need to travel on a family emergency, they wrapped up half a day early.  They kept the job site clean and took precautions to protect surfaces.  The crew was pleasant, neat and hard working.  We are waiting for the glass to be installed which will be this week.  The shower is very well built, extremely professional looking, high quality and we know it will add a ton of value to our home.

He is a very kind person and felt very comfortable having him in my home. I would definitely recommend Tim! Looking forward to hopefully renovating the kitchen next with him!"

"

I cannot say enough about Julian. He is absolutely the most wonderful person to work with. He has done several jobs for us throughout the house and even though it says tile and hardwood, he can do just about anything. His work is so professional and the outcome is beautiful. Him and his crew go above and beyond exceptional. So often when you are outside of your element with contractors, you put a lot of faith that you will find the right company to do work in your home. We are very fortunate to have found him. Have no problems at all leaving him at our house so we can still work in the middle of remodels. His prices are so reasonable and I have had my house redone in almost half the price I expected. As I said before I really could go on and on with praise, but I'm sure my point is made. Definitely will use for any work that I need done in the future. Thanks Julian for being so wonderful!!

God bless

"I purchased two room designs from Jill for the purpose of redoing my living room and kitchen because we would be removing the wall that separates the two rooms. I sent her the plans for my entire house including electrical, images of the rooms, a list of wishes, and several pages of mood boards so she could get a feel for what we wanted to do.
She had no problem with the living room but wanted extra for the kitchen. Most designers charge extra for kitchens and bathrooms so even though that exclusion was not on the offer I purchased in July 2011  (it is noted on her offers now) , I figured it was fair if it was a little bit more. It ended up being a lot more then what I was willing to pay for an e-design. We both agreed that the best course would be to start the refund process.
Jill was polite and responsive throughout the entire exchange. I think she would be fine to work if she were located in my area."

FAQs for bathroom remodel projects in Elizabethtown, NC

You can buy a replacement vanity by selecting a pre-made unit with an integrated sink from a local home improvement supplier. Pre-made vanities are designed for easy installation and compatibility with your existing plumbing. If a ready-made option doesn't meet your needs, consider hiring a custom builder to create a vanity that fits your space and style.

You can purchase a bathroom vanity from major home improvement retailers like Home Depot and Lowe’s or online stores like Wayfair, which offer a variety of pre-made vanities. Visiting local showrooms and bathroom supply stores can also provide professional advice and help you choose the right vanity for your space.

Installing your bathroom vanity flush against the wall enhances stability and prevents shifting. This placement also eliminates hard-to-clean gaps and keeps your vanity securely in place. Building codes often require a minimum clearance of four inches from bathtubs and at least 21 inches of free space in front of the sink for accessibility and safety.

You can upgrade a single vanity to a double vanity by installing additional cabinets, a second sink, and matching fixtures. This process requires additional plumbing adjustments, countertop modifications, and careful alignment to ensure both sinks function correctly. Upgrading to a double vanity enhances bathroom functionality and offers more space, which is especially beneficial for shared bathrooms.

The best vanity top material depends on your budget, style preferences, and maintenance willingness. Materials like quartz or solid surfaces are excellent choices for durability and low maintenance. If you're on a tighter budget, laminate is affordable but less durable. Consider how much traffic your bathroom gets and choose a material that balances cost, appearance, and upkeep.

Installing a bathroom vanity takes between three and six hours. Simple installations may be completed in under three hours, while more complex projects requiring adjustments or plumbing modifications can take up to six hours or more. The installation process includes assembling cabinets, placing the countertop, installing the sink if necessary, and connecting plumbing.
